The San Silvestro winery is located in Novello, in the heart of the Barolo district. Here, Paolo and Guido Sartirano tend to the vineyards with wisdom and respect for tradition and history. Long Meadow Ranch is a collection of five properties: three in Napa Valley, one in Anderson Valley, one in West Marin. In 1989 the Hall family carefully breathed life back into this great property in Napa, nurturing it back to its glory. Home to the Mayacamas Estate, the rugged 650-acre landscape nestled in the foothills of the Mayacamas Mountains also gave way to a long, sweeping meadow, thus the name Long Meadow Ranch was born.

They make high quality whites, rosés and reds. We particularly love their Napa Cabernet and are currently pouring it by the glass at CRU.

On Saturday we will be pouring 5 of their wines for $16 a person.
